Content on the Site is general information about insurance and financial protection topics. It is not an offer, solicitation, quote, binder or contract of insurance, and it is not personalized insurance, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice. Coverage is only provided by the issuing insurance carrier under the terms of its policy, subject to underwriting, eligibility and approval.
3. No agent–client relationship from Site use
Using the Site, submitting a form or contacting us does not create an agent–client, fiduciary or advisory relationship. Any such relationship arises only when we agree in writing or you complete an application through us.
4. Availability and licensing
Insurance products are not available in all states or to all individuals, and we can only discuss or sell products in states where we are properly licensed and appointed. Product availability, features, premiums and benefits vary by carrier and state and may change.
5. Accuracy of information

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
